Cruise and Passenger Terminal
A proposal for design and construction of a cruise and passenger terminal building at berth number 6 Port Sultan Qaboos. The state-of-the-art project comprises facilities such as passenger terminal, a shopping arcade with duty free shops, F&B outlets and eateries, heritage centre and recreation facilities. The Terminal design offers passengers the same level of comfort akin to an airport.

Pedestrian Crossing Bridge
The 3 meters-wide Pedestrian Crossing Bridge will be located between the Aloft Hotel and City Centre Me’aisem at Dubai Production City with a vast single span of 54 meters and perched 6 meters above the ground, providing sufficient overhead clearance for fire engines and any possible heavy vehicles access.
The Bridge will offer safe and convenient pedestrian access in the area while not only being functional and low maintenance, but it will add aesthetic beauty to the project.
